Shipping policy

All Glamorous Couture orders are fulfilled directly by our suppliers. Shipping rates are determined by our suppliers and are automatically applied at checkout. Shipping, processing, and delivery times may vary. Shipping carrier is determined by our suppliers. Once our supplier has determined the shipping method and fulfilled the order, in most cases, order tracking information will be provided. For lost or damaged merchandise, please contact Glamorous Couture. Glamorous Couture does not set shipping rates, nor do we maintain independent inventories for our products. As stated above, all shipping rates are determined by our suppliers, and all inventory is held by our suppliers, therefore all shipping and returns are handled directly by our suppliers, and all merchandise is shipped by and returned directly to the supplier. At no point during a sales transaction does Glamorous Couture physically take possession, hold, or maintain product inventory or distribution. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Glamorous Couture reserves the right to change our shipping and inventory policies at any time.
